• Once you complete your purchase, I will send you an e-mail to learn more about your memento and your desired look and feel for the final keepsake

• If your special moment is a physical object, we'll send you a prepaid label so you can mail it our way (if it's a digital memento, we'll take care of the printing process!)

• We'll take your memories and add our artful touch, customizing the frame glaze colors and adding one-of-a-kind handmade accent elements
