Shipping Information

$6 flat rate shipping. Please note that this does not include insurance. If you are interested in having your package insured, feel free to email mary@twentytwowest.com and we will invoice you separately for any extra coverage you request.

Your order will ship within two weeks; but, most orders ship within a few days. If you need to receive your items sooner, we suggest choosing expedited shipping at checkout.

Free local pickup available for Charlotte, NC residents by choosing “local pickup" at checkout.

 

Lost Packages 

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. You will receive a USPS tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order.

Once the package leaves TTW, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact your local USPS branch to further help you.

 

Wear and Care

  • Jewelry made of porcelain is quite durable, and some basic maintenance will keep it in good condition. To clean your porcelain jewelry, wipe the ceramic with a damp cloth; dry it with a lint-free cloth

  • Although this material is strong and scratch-resistant, it can chip, so it is best to give each piece of porcelain jewelry its own slot or space in the jewelry box.

  • To keep your fiber pieces looking their best, feel free to comb or even flat iron the fibers back into place between wears.

  • All chains are soldered closed, but avoid pulling on chain or components.

  • The metal can be freshened up with a polishing cloth.

  • Put your jewelry on last after any lotion, perfume, self tanner, makeup, hairspray

Returns 

Because each piece is handmade to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We still want you to love your piece as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us, and we will find an agreeable solution at our discretion.
