Wholesale Terms & Policies
For your opening order, the minimum total is $250. After your first order, the minimum drops to $200.
Lead time ranges based on order size. To inquire about our current lead time, email mary@twentytwowest.com. Rush orders are available upon special request and may incur additional charges for production or shipping costs.
Be the only store in your neighborhood to carry Twenty Two West. Each time you place an order you receive exclusive zip code protection for 90 days.
All orders received will be confirmed via email. If an order is placed through the website, complete payment is due at checkout. If you fill out an order form, Twenty Two West will invoice the order total.
Because all pieces are made to order for you, an order cannot be canceled after confirmation.
Please note that all items are made to order by hand. There will be variation in size, color, and finish. These are not considered flaws.
Because each piece is handmade to order just for you, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. We still want you to love your piece as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution at our discretion.
Goods ship with USPS tracking number from Charlotte, North Carolina. A signature can be required by request.
