We are so excited to be able to offer space for rent in our new location on The Plaza! I’m a big believer that when creative people have a dedicated space, beautiful things happen. Having experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to find suitable spaces in Charlotte, we are excited to share this opportunity for people who want to be a part of what makes our city a better and more interesting place. As we wrap up renovations, with plans to move in by March, we would love to welcome you to join us!

THE SPACE

We are delighted to offer two rooms for rent upstairs above our working studio and storefront in our newly renovated building - a charming home-turned-retail space ideally located near the city center. These Goldilocks-sized rooms, separate but adjacent to each other, are accessed via an internal flight of stairs. Both rooms receive ample natural light and feature generously-sized closets. The upstairs bathroom will be exclusively yours unless the rooms are rented separately, in which case, you would share the bathroom. The lease for this space will be a gross lease, with taxes, utilities, and high-speed internet included.

While you will walk through our Twenty Two West space to get to yours, we consider this a completely independent unit. Rest assured, we will respect your time and space just as much as you respect ours.

THE PERFECT MATCH

This would be a great opportunity for anyone who could use a separate office space and workspace - a dedicated shipping room, client meeting room, creative space - whatever your small business needs! While we are prioritizing applicants who are interested in both rooms, we are open to renting each room separately if we find the right partners.
